12th Step Coordinator: (Carol T) - to maintain a current “call list of those AA members willing to complete 12 Step service as requested to those in need in Indian River County. The list of volunteers is to be kept at the Central Office.
After Hours Telephone: (Mindy S) - to facilitate after hours telephone assistance when the office has closed to those in need of AA information.
Archives: (OPEN) - to maintain and keep a current record of the business and social events as they relate to AA in Indian River County.
Birthday Dinner 2027: OPEN) - To host an annual Speaker Dinner Meeting to celebrate the Indian River Central Office's 1979 anniversary. This event helps to support our office and raises money to maintain our AA organization in Indian River County.
Corporate Docs: (Debbie D) - to update the IRCO Book of Motions and the IRCO Book of Current Practices quarterly. Updates the IRCO Legacy of Service at the end of even numbered years.
Corrections/Men & Women: (Lorelei) - to bring the AA message to the inmates through weekly meetings, where the inmates may find hope, knowing that AA works; that there is a way up and out of their circumstances. They do not have to go back.
District 6 Representative: (Debra J) - to act as a liaison between District 6 and Indian River County Central Office at District, Business Meetings, Conventions, and events.
Grapevine Representative (GVR): (Kay D.) - to promote the magazine, encouraging members to subscribe and submit content (stories, art, jokes), and ensure the latest issues are displayed at meetings.
HOW Editor: ( Kate V) - to provide a monthly publication based on the 12 Steps and Traditions of AA as it pertains to the members of Indian River County.
Inventory Control: (Debra J) - to maintain supplies/provisions as needed for Central Office desk workers.
Literature: (Kay D.) - to keep a healthy stock of all AA materials so that the message is available to any person or group in need.

OPEN SHIFTS - 2.5 hours a week supporting our AA Community.
Public Information: (OPEN) - to distribute literature and information to the public. Stock Where & When in listed facilities, such as libraries, professional offices, hospitals, hotels
Speaker Exchange: (OPEN) - to maintain a current “call list of AA members who are willing to be a speaker at local area/group meetings. The list of volunteers is to be kept at the Central Office.
Treatment: (Debbie D) to maintain a schedule of Indian River County groups to sponsor meetings at local treatment facilities.
Unity: (Katie R) - to unite all members and groups throughout Indian River County at centralized events sponsored by the Central Office. Three events are scheduled during each year: a Founders Day celebration close to June 10th, a fall event in early November, and a spring event in late February/early March.
Website Coordinator: (OPEN Winston H Interim) - to make information accessible to AA members via the Internet by maintaining a current record of the meetings, publications, business and social
events as they relate to AA in Indian River County.
Where & When Coordinator: (OPEN Winston H Interim) - to provide a current updated quarterly publication listing of all AA meetings held at various locations within Indian River County
